We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Social Media & Paid Advertising Specialist. This is a fully remote contract position, ideal for someone eager to launch their career in digital marketing and paid social campaigns.
About the Role:
You will support the management of advertising campaigns across multiple social platforms, with a focus on Meta. Your day-to-day work will include monitoring campaign performance, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities to improve how campaigns perform. You’ll work with a portfolio of multiple clients and collaborate with different teams to help build and optimize advertising strategies.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn the fundamentals of paid social advertising, data analysis, and campaign optimization while working alongside experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing advertising campaigns across social platforms, primarily Meta
- Track and review campaign performance data and report on results
- Help identify ways to improve campaign quality and effectiveness
- Support testing and learning new advertising approaches
- Collaborate with other team members to help build advertising strategies
- Maintain organized records and communicate clearly with team members and clients
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and numbers. You should be proactive, organized, and excited about understanding how advertising campaigns work. Fluent English is essential for communicating with the team and clients.
