We’re looking for a creative, organized, and passionate Social Media Producer to join our content team. You’ll support the creation and distribution of engaging social content across multiple platforms, working with a collaborative team that loves music and connecting fans with artists.
About the role:
In this entry-level position, you’ll:
• Create and manage social content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X
• Support the planning and execution of paid social campaigns, including audience targeting and performance analysis
• Produce mobile phone video content for social feeds in a fast-paced environment
• Balance planned content with real-time storytelling by identifying trending topics and cultural moments
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders on content strategy
• Develop strong copywriting skills and adapt your voice across different platforms
• Help with project management across various communication channels
• Attend events and cover content to support social feeds
About you:

• Passion for music, entertainment, and social media
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Creative problem-solving mindset
• Experience creating and publishing content on major social platforms
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Basic knowledge of project management tools or social media management software is helpful but not required
• Comfort learning new tools and adapting to a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
