We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will develop and execute social media strategies that enhance brand presence, engage audiences, and drive traffic across digital platforms. You’ll manage content creation and digital analytics to build a strong online presence across multiple channels.
Duties
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms.
Create, curate, and manage content including images, video, and written posts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Use scheduling and analytics tools to post content and track performance metrics.
Research keywords and optimize content to improve visibility online.
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent branding across all communications.
Track campaign effectiveness using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
Build and maintain relationships with partners to enhance brand visibility.
Create visually appealing graphics and design content for social media.
Proofread all content before publication to maintain quality and brand standards.
Edit videos for social media platforms to enhance storytelling.
Skills/background needed
Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Familiarity with content scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
Basic skills in content creation, including writing, graphic design, and video editing.
Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences.
