About the role:
We’re looking for an entry-level Social Media Specialist to help manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. You’ll create engaging content, interact with our audience, and help us build a vibrant online community. This is a fully remote position perfect for someone starting their career in digital marketing and social media management.
What you’ll do:
• Create original captions and content for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Manage social media profiles, including layouts, images, and overall presentation
• Generate, edit, and publish engaging daily content such as text, photos, and videos
• Respond to followers and monitor comments in a timely manner
• Research and implement new social media trends and digital technologies
• Develop creative, shareable stories that resonate with our audience
• Track and report on key performance metrics for each social media account
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on campaigns and brand initiatives
• Help develop social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Suggest new features and promotional ideas to increase brand awareness
Skills and background needed:
• Passion for social media and digital marketing
• Basic experience with design tools like Canva or similar platforms
• Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Comfort with Microsoft Excel and basic office software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
• Positive attitude and openness to feedback
