About the role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to join our team and help manage our social media presence across multiple platforms. You’ll create engaging content, respond to followers, and help drive our brand’s growth online. What you’ll do:
• Manage and update social media accounts across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Create original, engaging captions and content that align with brand goals
• Design and implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness
• Generate, edit, and publish engaging daily content including text, photos, and videos
• Respond to followers, answer questions, and monitor customer feedback in a timely manner
• Research and apply new social media trends and digital tools
• Track and report on account performance and engagement metrics
• Collaborate with team members and external partners to coordinate campaigns
• Work independently to meet multiple deadlines while managing various projects simultaneously
Skills/background needed:
