About the role:
We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. You’ll create engaging content, interact with our community, and help achieve our marketing goals through creative storytelling and strategic planning. This is a full-time remote position perfect for someone excited to build their career in social media management.
What you’ll do:
• Manage social media accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook – handling profiles, visuals, and overall layout
• Create original, engaging captions and content that reflects the brand voice and drives audience engagement
• Design and develop social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (text, photos, videos, and news)
• Respond to follower comments and messages promptly, building strong community relationships
• Monitor customer reviews and feedback across all platforms
• Research and implement new social media trends, features, and tools to boost brand awareness
• Recommend new features such as promotions and competitions to drive growth
• Work with external partners including influencers and PR agencies to coordinate campaigns
• Track and report on performance metrics for each social media account
• Communicate creatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Skills and background needed:
• Experience with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and digital marketing
• Strong content creation skills with ability to write engaging copy and tell compelling stories
• Familiarity with social media trends and current digital technologies
• Experience with design tools such as Canva or similar software
• Knowledge of online marketing channels and basic SEO principles
• Comfortable using Google Analytics to track performance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work creatively within a team environment
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and adapt to new tools and trends
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
