About this role:
We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media Specialist. You’ll develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms, create engaging content, manage community interactions, and track performance metrics. What you’ll do:
• Create and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Design and produce engaging content including text, images, videos, and graphics for various platforms
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with online communities across all social media channels
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics
• Plan and manage paid social media campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
• Stay current with the latest social media trends and best practices
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors
• Handle social media feedback professionally and promptly
• Support team members with guidance on social media tools and strategies
Skills/background needed:
• Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
• Basic understanding of social media metrics and analytics
• Creative mindset with strong written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience or willingness to learn social media advertising and scheduling tools
• No formal qualifications required – we provide full training
