About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to help build and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. This is a fully remote position where you’ll develop content strategy, create engaging posts, and help turn our social channels into measurable business drivers. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align content with business goals and build a strong online community.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop and execute social media strategy across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
• Create high-quality, platform-specific content including short-form video, graphics, and copy
• Plan and manage content calendars to maintain consistent, quality posting
• Manage daily community interactions and respond to audience engagement
• Track and report on key metrics like reach, audience growth, and engagement to understand what’s working
• Test different content formats and posting times to improve performance
• Support internal teams with social media best practices and guidance
Skills and Background Needed:
• Experience with social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (a portfolio or examples are helpful but not required)
• Comfortable creating or editing video and graphic content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of analytics and how to connect content to business results
• Familiarity with project management or organisation tools
