Monitor what people are saying about the brand online and help guide response strategies for community questions and concerns.
Support social commerce efforts, working with merchandising teams to help products shine on platforms that support shopping features.
Analytics & Reporting
Review performance data across social channels and help translate what that data means for content strategy and platform focus.
Assist in preparing reports that show how each channel is performing and where to focus effort next.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with Brand Marketing, PR, Merchandising, and E-Commerce teams to keep social initiatives aligned with wider business goals.
Help manage timelines, approvals, and logistics for content production and brand partnerships.
Stay aware of trends in social platforms and creator culture, bringing forward ideas to keep the brand current and relevant.
