About the role:
You’ll write clear, engaging copy for sports-related projects including trading cards, marketing materials, sticker albums, and other assignments. This role involves researching sports statistics and athlete information, then presenting that information in a way that’s easy to understand and enjoyable to read.
What you’ll do:
• Write copy for sports cards, gathering and presenting statistical and background information
• Create engaging content for sales and marketing materials
• Write copy for sticker albums and similar projects
• Research and track sports news and player statistics
• Help maintain and update player databases and information
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects at once
Skills/background needed:
• Strong writing and grammar skills
• Genuine interest in sports (college and professional)
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and engagingly
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a team environment
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to changes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and standard office software
• Some writing experience preferred, but not required
