We are seeking an Entry Level Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team on a fully remote basis. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in system documentation, process workflows, and technical specifications while working from home.
In this position, you will create and maintain technical documentation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support system functions and workflows. You’ll develop procedures that comply with quality standards, provide training support to team members, and contribute to system audits and reviews. Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain technical documentation and master data• Collaborate with operations, quality, and engineering teams to support system processes• Develop, revise, and validate system functions and documentation• Create and maintain procedures that comply with quality standards• Support system audits and periodic reviews• Provide training support and documentation to end users• Contribute to system improvements and process refinements
Skills/Background Needed:
