About This Role
We’re looking for an entry-level Technical Writer to join our Clinical Documentation team. This is a fully on-site position where you’ll write and contribute to clinical evaluation documents, regulatory reports, and technical documentation that supports product development and regulatory submissions.
No prior medical writing experience is required—we provide full training and support to help you succeed. You’ll work with a collaborative team and learn how clinical documentation supports healthcare innovation.
What You’ll Work On
• Write and contribute to clinical evaluation reports, regulatory plans, and related documentation
• Evaluate and summarize clinical evidence from various sources including research studies, published literature, and post-market data
• Collaborate with team members across clinical, regulatory, quality, and engineering departments
• Review and ensure alignment of safety and risk information across product materials and guides
• Author technical documentation for regulatory submissions and communications
• Maintain attention to detail, data consistency, and quality in all deliverables
• Develop spreadsheets and databases to capture and present project metrics and clinical data
Skills and Background Needed
• Bachelor’s degree in a science, medical technology, or related technical field (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Experience
• Advanced degree in science, biomedical engineering, nursing, or a related health discipline
• Experience with experimental design or data interpretation
• Familiarity with healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical environments
• Experience writing technical or clinical documentation
