About this role:
We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our team. You’ll develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation that supports IT, cybersecurity, and engineering operations. What you’ll do:
• Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation including system manuals, standard operating procedures, and training materials
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation
• Ensure documentation meets required standards and formatting requirements
• Collaborate with engineers, technical staff, and team members to gather and validate technical content
• Maintain document version control and support reviews and updates
• Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously
Skills/background needed:
• 1–3 years of experience in technical writing, communications, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience creating and editing technical documentation
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams
Experience with IT service documentation or system documentation is a plus, but not required.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Contingent on contract award.
Location: Open to applicants worldwide. On-site positions available in select US locations.
