Responsibilities
Write and maintain user guides, datasheets, and release notes for products
Meet with developers and engineers to learn about new features, then translate them into clear instructions
Keep existing documentation accurate as software changes
Build and expand our knowledge base to help users find answers independently
Work with support and quality assurance teams to understand what questions users ask most
Help maintain and update website content, including product pages and information sheets
Develop training materials to support user learning
Skills/background needed
Required:
A genuine interest in understanding technical concepts and learning how software works
Solid grasp of core science and technology fundamentals
Excellent writing skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
Preferred:
Any experience documenting software or technical products (even informal projects count)
Familiarity with Markdown or basic documentation tools
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or website builders
