We’re looking for an entry-level Technical Writer to join our team. This is a full-time position based at our office location, with an initial onboarding period on-site followed by a hybrid work arrangement.
About the Role:
As a Technical Writer, you’ll support our communications team by creating clear, professional written content for a variety of audiences and projects. No prior writing experience is required—we’ll provide full training to get you started.
What You’ll Do:
• Write communications including newsletters, memos, alerts, scripts, and emails
• Assist with events and organisational activities as needed
• Document event learnings and create reports
• Prepare agendas and professional documents for printing and distribution
• Shadow experienced team members to learn workflows and assist with ongoing projects
• Take complex information and present it in a way that’s easy for all employees to understand
Skills/background needed:
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to organise multiple projects and prioritise effectively
• Attention to detail and professional presentation
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Graphics or design experience is a plus, but not essential
What to Expect:
During your first weeks, you’ll work on-site full-time to get familiar with the team and our processes. After a trial period, there may be an opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule (at least 3 days in the office per week). Full training and mentorship will be provided—this is a great role for someone looking to develop their writing and professional communication skills.
Contract length: 36 months
