We’re hiring a Technical Writer to create clear, professional documentation that helps users understand products and processes. This is a great role for someone starting a career in technical writing—no prior experience required, as we provide full training and support.
You’ll work with engineers, product managers, and designers to learn about products and services, then transform that knowledge into easy-to-follow manuals, user guides, and procedural documents. We’re looking for organized, detail-oriented people who enjoy collaborating with a supportive team.
What you’ll do:
Write and edit technical documents including reference manuals and user guides
Work with engineers and project managers to understand products and processes
Research product samples to build full understanding
Assess audience needs and adjust tone and technical language accordingly
Plan writing timelines and manage deadlines
Collaborate with designers to create diagrams, charts, and visual aids
Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve documentation
Edit and proofread work to maintain quality standards
Skills/background needed:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent grammar and proofreading ability
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Comfortable with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
Contract length: Full-time, permanent
