We’re looking for an entry-level Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you’ll create clear, well-organized technical documentation including manuals, instruction guides, reports, and other materials that help people understand how to operate and maintain equipment and systems.
What You’ll Do:
• Write and revise technical materials including manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, and catalogs
• Organize technical information and research to ensure clarity, accuracy, and completeness
• Select and integrate visuals such as photographs, diagrams, charts, and sketches to support written content
• Work with technical drawings, specifications, and reference materials to understand processes and procedures
• Maintain organized records of all writing projects and revisions
• Follow established style guides and standards for consistency across all documentation
• Assist with layout and preparation of materials for publication
• Coordinate the distribution and duplication of finished documents
Skills/background needed:
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to explain complex technical information in clear, simple language
• Basic experience with technical writing or a related field (we provide full training)
• Comfortable working with design tools to format and layout documents
• Ability to organize information logically and follow established guidelines
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different writing styles and standards
