Transform complex technical information into clear, easy-to-understand documentation. You will support engineering teams, producing guides, briefings, and technical publications that help stakeholders understand critical systems and processes.
Location: On-site position available at multiple facilities across the United States. Limited work-from-home options for certain tasks, with manager approval.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Draft and maintain technical documents, diagrams, briefing slides, training materials, and meeting records
• Convert complex technical information into clear, readable content for both technical specialists and non-technical audiences
• Develop user guides, system descriptions, and technical specifications while collaborating with subject matter experts
• Manage online documentation using standard authoring tools and content platforms
• Track documentation projects, meet deadlines, and provide regular progress updates
Skills/background needed: Bachelor’s degree in any field. Writing experience is a plus, but not required—we provide full training on technical writing standards, tools, and processes. Strong attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and comfort working with technical teams are what matter most.
