About the role
We’re looking for a Technical Writer to create clear, accessible documentation that helps people understand complex information. You’ll write instruction manuals, how-to guides, diagrams, and supporting materials that make technical concepts easy to follow. This is a fully remote position where you’ll work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, researching products, services, and technologies to communicate them in ways a broad audience can understand.
What you’ll be doing
• Create instruction manuals and how-to guides for technical products and services
• Develop diagrams and visual documentation to support written content
• Research complex products, services, and technologies to understand them deeply
• Work independently and collaborate with team members to generate innovative ideas for content
• Use software tools to produce professional documentation
• Ensure all materials are clear and accessible to a broad audience
Skills/background needed
No prior experience required. We provide full training to the right candidate. You should have:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort learning and using standard software (such as Microsoft Office)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to research and understand new concepts quickly
• Attention to detail and ability to explain complex ideas simply
