About This Role
We’re looking for an entry-level Technical Writer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work alongside engineering staff to create clear, comprehensive technical documentation. You’ll help document design processes, develop testing protocols, and create step-by-step guides for manufacturing and service procedures. No prior experience is necessary—we provide full training and support as you learn.
What You’ll Do
Document Engineering Activities
Work with engineering teams to record project plans, requirements, design reviews, and testing results. You’ll help organize and present technical information in clear, organized formats.
Support Testing & Verification
Assist in planning how requirements will be tested and verified. Help outline testing approaches and develop clear, step-by-step testing procedures for each requirement.
Create Technical Reports
Take engineering information and present it in standardized report formats that are easy to understand and follow.
Build Documentation Resources
Develop and maintain a library of images, guides, and reference materials used in manufacturing and service procedures.
Skills/Background Needed
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and ask clarifying questions
• Comfort learning technical concepts on the job
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Word or Google Docs
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• No prior technical writing experience required—we’ll train you
