About This Role
We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our team and create clear, accurate documentation for complex equipment and systems. In this role, you’ll partner with engineering and product teams to develop manuals, procedures, and visual guides that help customers safely install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced equipment. You’ll translate complex technical information into documentation that’s precise, accessible, and easy to follow—work that has real-world impact and helps users succeed.

What You’ll Do
• Create, edit, and maintain product documentation including operating manuals, installation guides, maintenance instructions, troubleshooting guides, and upgrade documentation
• Work with engineers, technicians, and product teams to gather technical information and ensure your documentation is accurate and user-friendly
• Break down complex equipment and process information into clear, well-structured documentation for both customers and internal teams
• Create and enhance visual content such as illustrations and procedure diagrams using standard design and visualization tools
• Update documentation to reflect product changes, improvements, and industry standards
• Support new product launches and improvement initiatives by delivering documentation on time
Skills/background needed: Experience creating technical documentation for equipment or manufacturing processes; strong writing and editing skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly for different audiences; proficiency with industry-standard design and content management tools; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to collaborate with technical teams. No prior experience required—we provide full training.
