About the role:
We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our team and help create clear, accurate documentation for complex systems and equipment. In this fully remote position, you’ll develop user guides, training materials, installation manuals, and technical illustrations that help customers and teams understand how to use and maintain our products.

What you’ll do:
• Create clear, well-organized technical documentation including user guides, training materials, and procedure manuals for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Develop technical illustrations and diagrams to support documentation using standard design tools
• Work with engineering and testing teams to gather information and ensure documentation accurately reflects how products work
• Review and update existing documentation regularly to keep it current and accurate
• Communicate complex technical information in a way that’s easy to understand
• Manage multiple documentation projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance training materials and documentation
Skills/background needed:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical information
• Comfort with learning new software tools quickly
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to ask questions to ensure accuracy
Nice to have:
• Experience with design or illustration software
• Familiarity with content management or documentation platforms
• Background in creating training materials or instructional content
