Overview
We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining technical documentation for aviation systems. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your writing skills in a structured environment with full training provided.
What you’ll do
Your responsibilities will include:
• Write and edit technical manuals and documentation from source materials provided in various formats
• Learn and apply publishing standards and processes used in technical documentation
• Review and interpret technical specifications to ensure accuracy and clarity
• Develop new documents and updates to existing materials, including revisions and supplements
• Participate in review meetings and conferences to refine documents and resolve questions
• Monitor documentation for consistency and compatibility across related publications
• Work with subject matter experts and equipment specialists to ensure technical accuracy
• Support project timelines and delivery schedules
Skills/background needed
No prior experience required. We’re looking for someone with:
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow formatting guidelines
• Willingness to learn technical publishing tools and processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with document management systems
• High school diploma or equivalent (further education is a plus but not required)
Full training will be provided on all tools, systems, and processes. We welcome applications from candidates with no prior technical writing experience.
