We are seeking a Technical Writer to develop, revise, and maintain technical publications supporting operations, maintenance, and administrative processes. You will work collaboratively with a team to ensure all documentation meets clarity, accuracy, and quality standards.
Roles: Your day-to-day work will include developing, writing, and editing technical manuals, reports, briefs, and instructional materials. You’ll review and organise content according to established standards for clarity and style. You’ll also observe production and engineering activities to gather technical information, interview personnel to understand technologies, and recommend revisions to documentation processes as needed.
What we’re looking for: This role is entry-level and welcomes candidates with a genuine interest in technical writing and clear communication. We provide full training on all tools and processes. A Bachelor’s degree in any field is required. Prior experience in technical writing, documentation development, or technical communication is a plus, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
Skills/background needed: Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively, and comfort learning new documentation tools and processes. Experience with producing clear instructional materials or technical documentation is helpful but not essential.
