Roles: As a Technical Writer, you will create clear, well-organized documentation for IT and application development projects. Your work will include standard operating procedures, policy documents, training materials, and technical guides. You’ll gather requirements directly from stakeholders, manage documentation projects from start to finish, and ensure all materials meet accessibility and compliance standards.
What you’ll do:
• Write and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, desk guides, and training materials
• Collect requirements from stakeholders and technical teams to inform document development
• Manage document organization, version control, and records management systems
• Work with project teams using agile methodologies to support product releases and development cycles
• Identify areas for improvement in team processes and suggest practical solutions
• Monitor project progress and communicate with managers, team members, and stakeholders
• Ensure all documentation meets accessibility and compliance standards
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Skills/background needed:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to break down complex technical concepts into clear, simple language
• Experience or familiarity with document management systems is helpful but not required
• Comfortable working in team environments and collaborating with people across departments
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn new tools and processes
