We are seeking a technical writer to join our growing team. We develop software solutions and are looking for someone who loves technology and enjoys writing clearly about complex topics.
Our mission is to build tools that help people work more effectively. That software only works if people can understand it — which is where you come in. You’ll work directly with our developers and engineers to create clear, well-written documentation for new products and features. If you’re curious about how things work and love translating technical concepts into plain language, we’d like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Write and maintain user guides, datasheets, and release notes for products
Work with developers and engineers to learn about new features, then translate them into clear, easy-to-follow instructions
Keep existing documentation accurate and up-to-date as products evolve
Build and expand our knowledge base to help users find answers independently
Work with support and quality teams to identify the most common user questions
Help maintain and update our website, including product pages and technical resources
Develop training materials for users and customers
Skills/background needed:
Required:
Passion for understanding and learning technical concepts
Solid knowledge of science, math, and technology fundamentals
Excellent writing and communication skills
Preferred (but not required):
Experience documenting software or engineering products
Familiarity with documentation tools or writing in Markdown
Experience writing developer-facing documentation
Basic experience with website content management or web publishing
