About the role:
We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you’ll develop clear, accurate technical documentation that helps people understand complex processes and equipment safely and effectively.
What you’ll do:
You’ll translate technical information—including diagrams, equipment specifications, and expert input—into clear, step-by-step instructions and procedure manuals. You’ll work with engineering teams and subject-matter experts to ensure all documentation is accurate, well-organized, and easy to follow. Your responsibilities will include writing maintenance procedures, creating technical illustrations, obtaining reviews from content owners, and managing documentation timelines and deliverables. You’ll also help improve our technical writing processes and maintain consistency across all materials using established style guides.
Skills/background needed:
You should have strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Experience with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing tools is helpful. Familiarity with content management systems is a plus, though full training will be provided. You’ll need to be organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work with teams across different departments is important.
What we’re looking for:
A bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience will be considered. Prior experience writing technical manuals, operating procedures, or product documentation is valuable. Any background in industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus. We welcome candidates ready to learn and grow in this role.
