We’re looking for a Technical Writer to help create clear, well-organized training materials and documentation. You’ll work with team members to translate complex technical concepts into guides, lesson plans, and instructional content that others can easily understand and follow.
This is an entry-level position. No prior experience is required—we provide full training and support to help you succeed. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy writing, and want to develop your skills in technical documentation, we’d like to hear from you.
Roles: Your day-to-day work will include:
• Consolidating and organizing training materials from multiple sources into clear, consistent documentation packages
• Converting technical information into structured lesson plans, guides, and instructor presentations
• Creating and maintaining manuals, technical documents, training guides, and policy documents
• Editing and refining written content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and readability
• Reviewing existing materials and suggesting improvements for consistency and effectiveness
• Verifying technical accuracy and completeness of all documents
Skills/background needed:
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Willingness to learn and ask questions
• Comfortable working with team members to gather information and feedback
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word or Google Docs
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
