We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our team and support quality systems in a manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in technical documentation, quality investigations, and regulatory compliance.
About the Role:
In this position, you’ll support quality and compliance by investigating quality events, documenting findings, and creating controlled documentation. You’ll work across teams to ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards and supports safe, compliant manufacturing.
Your Responsibilities:
• Investigate and document quality events, including deviations, incidents, and complaints• Perform and document root cause analyses and develop corrective and preventive actions• Draft, revise, and maintain controlled documentation such as procedures, batch records, protocols, technical reports, and risk assessments• Support change control activities related to manufacturing processes, equipment, facilities, and quality systems• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Packaging, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure documentation accuracy• Support continuous improvement initiatives through trend analysis and quality system enhancements
Skills/background needed:
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline such as Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or Engineering• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments• Experience with technical writing, deviation and corrective action management, and change control systems• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and FDA quality system expectations• Strong written communication, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
