About This Role
We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our team and help create clear, customer-facing product documentation. In this role, you’ll write user guides, instructions, and labeling for medical devices that help patients and healthcare professionals understand how to use our products safely and effectively.
You’ll work with cross-functional teams to gather technical information, translate complex concepts into simple language, and ensure all documentation meets quality and regulatory standards. No prior medical device experience is required—we’ll provide full training and support as you develop your skills.
What You’ll Do
• Research, develop, and write clear product labeling and user guides for medical devices
• Identify what customers need to know and collect information from technical experts across the organisation
• Write for both technical and non-technical audiences, keeping a global audience in mind
• Collaborate with writers, subject matter experts, and project teams to develop documentation
• Manage multiple documentation projects and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Support regulatory and quality compliance requirements for product documentation
• Coordinate document updates and track translation status
• Learn industry standards and best practices in technical communication
Skills/background needed: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong writing and communication skills. Ability to learn quickly and ask clarifying questions. Comfortable working with teams across different departments. Organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.
Nice to have: Any experience writing technical or medical content. Familiarity with content management systems or documentation software. Knowledge of how regulations affect product design and labelling. Experience with project management tools.

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
