Role: Technical Writer – Parts Catalog Development
Contract length: Full time, permanent

About this role:
We’re looking for a Technical Writer to help develop and improve parts catalogs. You’ll write clear, accurate documentation that makes technical information easier to understand. This role involves working with design files, coordinating with photography and production teams, and ensuring materials are published on time and to a high standard.
What you’ll be doing:
• Write and edit parts catalog content
• Work with technical design systems and 3D models to gather information
• Coordinate photography, artwork, and production needs
• Review and proofread published materials
• Recommend improvements to format, content, and layout
• Work with colleagues across different departments
• Meet writing and publication deadlines
Skills/background needed:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor degree preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail, including spelling and proofreading
• Ability to learn technical systems and processes
• Basic analytical skills to understand and solve problems
• Comfort working in a team environment
• Willingness to learn from day one – no prior experience needed
