About the role
We’re looking for a Technical Writer to develop, write, and edit content for operation manuals, service guides, and related technical publications. You’ll work with our team to create clear, accurate documentation that helps users understand and maintain our products.
What you’ll do
Your responsibilities will include:
• Analyze products and design changes to identify documentation needs
• Work with engineering, service, and marketing teams to gather and verify information
• Develop and revise operation manuals, service guides, and instruction content using standard publishing software
• Read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation
• Upload and manage documents in content management systems
• Review documentation updates and determine necessary changes
• Maintain schedules, style consistency, and quality standards
• Coordinate final reviews before publication
• Create instructions for accessory and service kits
Skills/background needed
We welcome applicants with:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and cloud storage tools
• Comfort learning new software and tools
• Attention to detail and quality focus
• Organizational and analytical skills
• Experience with technical drawings or graphics is a plus
