About The Role
We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our operations analysis team. You’ll work as part of a growing team supporting risk assessment and documentation across complex systems and infrastructure.
In this role, you’ll help translate technical and operational information into clear, well-organized documents, reports, and presentations. You’ll work with analysts and senior stakeholders to ensure all documentation is accurate, accessible, and actionable.
What You’ll Do
• Prepare charts, diagrams, and visual summaries to support analysis and problem-solving• Create reports and periodic documents in coordination with research teams• Document and review identified issues for operational use• Participate in planning sessions and prepare materials that incorporate multiple operational and mission-related variables• Produce clear papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior officials• Communicate with a variety of stakeholders across different formats and levels• Work independently and as part of a collaborative team• Support shift work as needed
Skills/Background Needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Experience creating briefs, charts, and diagrams that support planning and coordination• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)• Ability to work with various stakeholder groups and communicate clearly across different audiences• Attention to detail and ability to organize complex information• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced analytical environment• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively• No prior experience necessary — full training will be provided

Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
