Technical Writing Manager – Remote

In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between engineering, product, and customer support—ensuring complex technical information is transformed into clear, user-friendly content that helps customers succeed.

This is a “player-coach” position where you’ll both lead your team and contribute hands-on to high-quality documentation. You’ll define our documentation strategy, manage team priorities against tight release schedules, and ensure consistency across all customer-facing materials.

Create technical documentation for APIs, software development kits, and integrations.

Write in formal technical style with attention to voice, tense consistency, and clarity.

Conduct in-depth interviews with subject matter experts to understand product architecture.

Collaborate daily with engineers, product managers, and architects to develop, publish, and maintain customer-focused documentation.
