We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to join our team. This is an entry-level position offering the opportunity to develop expertise in travel planning and client coordination while working with an experienced team in a fast-paced environment.
About the role:
As a Travel Coordinator, you will provide essential support to our travel planning team. You’ll work on building travel itineraries, drafting client communications, managing supplier relationships, and coordinating all the details that make travel experiences seamless. This role offers hands-on experience across all aspects of travel coordination and the opportunity to grow with a collaborative, forward-thinking business.
Responsibilities:
• Draft communications and itinerary descriptions for clients
• Correspond with suppliers including hotels, tour operators, and travel services to arrange travel plans
• Coordinate with hotel concierges and service providers for dining, entertainment, and transportation
• Create and maintain client travel documents including itineraries and invoices
• Communicate with personal and executive assistants to manage schedules and client requests
• Maintain and update client calendars and appointment records
• Enter and track client information in our CRM system
• Confirm client itineraries before departure
• Support team projects and contribute ideas for business growth
• Attend in-office meetings and team events
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required. Full training will be provided. We’re looking for someone who is:
