About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Virtual Care Enrollment Coordinator to join our remote patient monitoring team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for new patients entering our remote care program, guiding them through enrollment and initial device setup. What you’ll do:
• Conduct initial enrollment calls with new patients referred for remote patient monitoring
• Clearly explain the program, its benefits, and what to expect to patients and/or caregivers
• Walk patients through initial setup and configuration of remote monitoring devices
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues during device onboarding and escalate as needed
• Verify and accurately document patient information, consent, and enrollment status in the system
• Coordinate with clinical staff, care teams, and technical support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Prioritize and manage a daily caseload of new enrollments to meet program timelines
• Follow up with patients as needed to confirm successful device setup and address early concerns
• Maintain compliance with patient privacy and security policies
• Identify and communicate barriers to enrollment (such as technology literacy or connectivity issues) to the care team
Skills/background needed:
• Current certification as a Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain medical and technical information in a clear, patient-friendly manner
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize a variable daily workload
• Comfort with technology, including video and phone platforms, electronic health record systems, and remote monitoring devices
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a private, compliant workspace
• Strong customer service orientation and empathy when working with patients of varying ages and technical abilities
• Prior experience with remote patient monitoring, telehealth, or virtual care programs is a plus
• Experience with electronic health record systems and enrollment or intake workflows is helpful

• High conversion rate from eligible patients to enrolled and successfully transmitting data
• Minimal device setup issues escalated to nursing or technical support
• Care team spends minimal time on enrollment logistics

Contract length:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week during standard business hours
Location:
Fully remote – work from home position. You will need a reliable internet connection, a quiet and private workspace, and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with privacy regulations.
