Flag ambiguous or unclear content and route feedback to the team for guideline updates.
Maintain consistent quality by reviewing gold-standard examples and calibrating your assessments regularly.
Document common issues and patterns so the team can focus on specific improvements.
Skills/background needed
Fluent written Spanish required.
Experience with content review, annotation, or quality assurance (prior experience is a plus but full training will be provided).
Ability to apply detailed guidelines consistently across large batches of content.
Strong written communication skills – you’ll explain your assessments clearly and precisely.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot when content itself is unclear or problematic.
Reliable availability for at least 10 hours per week.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Example tasks you might do
Compare two content responses to the same question and select the better one with an explanation.
Tag a problematic response with the correct category and severity level.
Review a batch of 50 content items for consistency and report any patterns to your team lead.
Suggest a clarification to the quality guidelines after spotting a recurring issue.
