About the Role
We’re looking for a content writer to own a high-volume monthly blog program for our clients, primarily in the housing and property management space. This isn’t a role where you’ll be handed a topic and left to guess—you’ll build a body of work, month after month, that tells a coherent story for each client property.
The workload is 60+ blog posts of 800+ words per month. You should be comfortable working at that volume without sacrificing quality. Here’s how we make that pace work: we expect you to use AI as part of your writing process. You won’t be writing from a blank page each time. Instead, you’ll use AI to generate first drafts quickly, then apply the harder skill—editing and rewriting those drafts into content that sounds human, accurate, and specific to each client. AI tends to arrive broad and generic. Your job is to spot those gaps and transform the draft into something that reads like a person who knows the property wrote it. If you enjoy taking a serviceable draft and making it genuinely good, you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Do
• Write and deliver 60+ monthly blog posts (800+ words each) for clients
• Write short-form content as needed (social media posts, property profiles, etc.)
• Build month-to-month narrative continuity so a year of blogs for a single property reads as one connected story, not 12 disconnected articles
• Differentiate content across multiple properties. When multiple properties in the same area need a blog on the same topic, each needs its own angle, structure, and details so none read alike
• Apply SEO best practices to every piece: keyword intent, structure, internal linking, headers, and meta descriptions
• Use AI tools to generate first drafts efficiently, then edit and rewrite them into content that reads as human, accurate, and specific to each client
• Manage your own assignments and deadlines using a project tracking tool, and communicate proactively with your team
• Take on additional writing projects as client needs shift
• Absorb editorial feedback and apply it consistently so the same notes don’t need repeating
What We’re Looking For
Required:
• Strong command of English grammar, mechanics, rhythm, and word choice—these should come naturally to you
• Demonstrated experience writing content optimised for search engines that both ranks and reads well
• Practical experience using AI as a writing assistant, and—more importantly—the editing skill to turn a rough AI draft into polished, publishable work. Heavy rewriting, restructuring, fact-checking, and voice correction will be part of your daily routine
• The judgment to keep repetitive assignments from becoming repetitive content. You’ll write the same topic many times, and each version needs to feel fresh and distinct
• Genuine self-direction and the ability to manage your time independently in a fully remote environment
• The ability to absorb and internalise feedback. We want a writer whose work in month six is noticeably better than month one because of the guidance you’ve received
• Strategic thinking about content. You should be able to look at a client’s property, audience, and goals, then plan a series of blogs that builds toward something meaningful
Nice to Have:
• Experience writing for property management, real estate, or related housing industries
• Familiarity with how to structure content so it appears in AI-generated search answers
• Working knowledge of project tracking tools and team communication platforms (full training will be provided if you don’t have prior experience)
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Ongoing, full-time role
Location: Fully remote; optional in-person collaboration available. Up to two in-person team events per year. Core working hours typically align with 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern time.
Work Environment:
This is a remote, primarily sedentary role. The work involves substantial computer time, with frequent typing and keyboard use. You’ll communicate primarily via video calls with team members and clients. You should be comfortable learning new tasks independently and applying judgment to handle situations autonomously.
