About this role:
We’re looking for a Content Specialist to help create clear, helpful content that supports employees and managers. You’ll transform HR policies, procedures, and guidance into easy-to-understand articles, FAQs, and support materials that people actually want to read.
This is a fully remote role where you’ll work from home and play a key part in keeping HR information accurate, accessible, and up-to-date across the organization.
What you’ll do:
• Identify content opportunities by spotting common questions, process changes, and expert guidance that should be turned into reusable resources
• Create and improve content by taking complex HR information and turning it into clear, concise, employee-friendly articles, FAQs, job aids, and support materials
• Publish and maintain content by coordinating reviews, processing updates, and making sure everything stays accurate and easy to find
• Build a network of content contributors by developing templates, training, and routines that help HR teams create and maintain content as part of their daily work
• Measure and improve content performance using search data, user feedback, and metrics to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement
Skills/background needed:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, Information Management, Journalism, English, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in content management, knowledge management, technical writing, HR operations, or enterprise service operations
• Experience creating, editing, and maintaining content for different audiences
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, actionable guidance
• Experience using content analytics, search insights, or metrics to improve content quality
Nice-to-have skills:
• Familiarity with content management platforms or enterprise search tools
• Experience with self-service or shared services environments
• Experience using AI tools for content creation or optimization
Rate:
Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application. This role is also eligible for bonus or incentive pay.
