As a Social Media Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating and publishing engaging content across social media platforms. You’ll help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels, actively engage with followers and community members, and track performance metrics to refine your approach over time.
You’ll work with team members to coordinate content calendars, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and ensure social media efforts align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Develop, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms
Maintain brand consistency in voice, visual identity, and messaging across all digital channels
Monitor, respond to, and foster meaningful conversations with followers and community members
Track and analyze social media performance metrics using data-driven insights
Manage content calendars, multiple projects, and deadlines while coordinating with team members
Skills/background needed
Experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization (portfolio or examples of previous work required)
Proficiency with Instagram and Facebook, including hands-on experience with paid advertising tools and social media scheduling platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to grammar, tone, and messaging
Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or similar platforms
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage priorities with minimal supervision
Self-motivated, organized, and proactive approach to work
High school diploma or above
