We’re looking for an Entry Level Content Producer to create engaging written and video content for our digital streaming platform. You’ll work across multiple platforms, write news stories, edit video, and help produce live digital shows—all while learning the ropes in a supportive newsroom environment.
About the role:
This is a hands-on position where you’ll develop skills in digital storytelling, video production, and multi-platform content distribution. You’ll write clear, accurate news stories, edit video clips, manage live streams, and post content across web and social media. No prior professional experience needed—we’ll provide full training on all tools and processes.
Your day-to-day will include:
Writing and editing accurate news stories in clear, conversational language for digital audiences
Producing and editing video content using industry-standard streaming software
Posting and monitoring content across web, Facebook, and YouTube in real time
Assisting with and co-producing live stream newscasts
Arranging interviews and coordinating guests for live digital shows
Hosting or guest hosting live digital productions
Planning daily content and staying updated on news developments
Monitoring social media and viewer analytics to shape content decisions
Working with reporters, anchors, and digital teams to ensure stories reach all platforms quickly
Skills/background needed:
Attention to detail and ability to write clearly without errors
Comfort learning new digital tools and streaming software
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication skills
Willingness to learn on camera presence and digital production techniques
Basic familiarity with content management systems is a plus, but not required
No previous experience necessary—enthusiasm to learn is what matters most
