We’re looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator to help build our online presence and engage audiences across social platforms. You’ll develop content strategies, create short-form videos, and work with creators to grow our brand organically.
What you’ll do:
• Develop and execute content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms
• Create and edit short-form videos and Reels
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and calls to action
• Identify and partner with creators and micro-influencers
• Manage outreach, communication, and product seeding with creators
• Create clear, detailed briefs for creators to follow
• Repurpose and adapt strong content across multiple platforms
• Track video performance and identify what resonates with audiences
• Test new ideas, trends, and content formats regularly
• Work with the design team on creative projects
• Manage multiple projects and stay organised
• Shoot and edit basic content when needed
Skills/background needed:
• Experience creating or editing short-form videos
• Comfort using content creation tools like Canva and video editing software
• Understanding of social media trends and algorithms
• Familiarity with influencer and creator partnerships
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and bring ideas to the table
• Interest in e-commerce, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands
• Enthusiasm for learning new platforms and trends
• Reliable communication skills
