About this role:
We’re looking for passionate writers and social media enthusiasts to help us build awareness around important community health issues. This is a volunteer remote position perfect for anyone wanting to gain professional experience, build their portfolio, or contribute to meaningful advocacy work.
What you’ll do:
You can choose to focus on one or both of these areas based on your interests:
Social Media & Content Marketing:
• Help manage and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Track engagement metrics and identify trending topics to maximize reach
• Create compelling posts and captions that resonate with our community
Website Support:
• Assist in maintaining and updating our website using WordPress or similar platforms
• Help integrate donation forms and community engagement tools
• Ensure everything runs smoothly for our visitors
Skills/background needed:
• Passion for community health advocacy and social impact
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Basic WordPress experience is a plus, but not required
• No prior professional experience necessary—full training provided
Rate: Volunteer position
Contract length: Part-time, flexible (approximately 10-15 hours per week, adjusted to fit your schedule)
