Contract length: Full-time, permanent

Location: Fully remote – work from anywhere

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application

About the Role

We’re looking for a versatile person to take ownership of our website and help drive our marketing efforts. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys variety – you might write code in the morning, draft content in the afternoon, and organize our digital files by the end of the day.

You’ll be the central point for everything we publish online, from our website to email campaigns and social media. If you’re energized by working independently, take pride in creating fast-loading and visually polished sites, and enjoy tackling different tasks, this could be an excellent fit. No prior experience in real estate or finance is necessary – we’ll train you on everything specific to our business.

What You’ll Do

• Build, maintain, and improve the website, including page updates, landing pages, performance optimization, and bug fixes

• Create and organize content such as blog posts, property and investment pages, market updates, and email newsletters

• Manage day-to-day marketing across email, social media, and basic paid advertising campaigns

• Keep digital assets, files, and content calendars organized and accessible

• Handle light design work for web, email, and social media using tools like Canva

• Track website and campaign performance using analytics tools and report on results

• Provide general marketing and project support to the leadership team

Skills/background needed:

• Experience building and maintaining websites using WordPress or similar platforms

• Comfortable with HTML and CSS

• Basic troubleshooting skills for website issues

• Experience with email marketing platforms and social media scheduling tools

• Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar analytics tools

• Strong writing skills and an eye for clean, professional design

• Organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Familiarity with a customer relationship management system

• Experience running paid advertising campaigns on Google or Meta

• Portfolio of websites or marketing work you’ve created or managed

What We Offer

Full training provided in all tools and processes. You’ll work independently with support from a collaborative team. This is an opportunity to grow your skills in web development, content creation, and digital marketing in a real business environment.
