We’re looking for a part-time Content Writer & Editor to help create high-quality, professional-facing content at scale. This is primarily a content creation and editorial role.
You’ll use AI tools to accelerate the content development process, from research and outlining through drafting and editing, while applying strong editorial judgment to ensure every piece is accurate, original, useful, on-brand, and appropriate for your audience. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor who knows how to use AI effectively, can translate complex concepts into accessible content, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where both speed and quality matter.
In this role, you will:
• Create and edit professional-facing content at scale, including blog articles, guides, checklists, downloadable PDFs, and other educational assets, using existing content, interviews, and external contributions as source material. Using AI-assisted workflows, you’ll efficiently move from research and outlining to strong first drafts and polished final content.
• Apply strong editorial judgment to AI-assisted and externally contributed content, reviewing and refining for accuracy, originality, clarity, structure, voice, and overall quality. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts and contributors to incorporate feedback and maintain high editorial standards.
• Translate complex technical and professional concepts into accurate, accessible content for professional audiences without oversimplifying. Create and edit content across multiple formats, including landing pages, emails, scripts, and social copy.
• Use AI to increase content velocity and build scalable workflows, including effective prompting, AI-assisted drafting and editing, fact-checking, quality control, and documented processes that produce consistent, accurate, and on-brand content.
• Apply working knowledge of search optimization to enhance content, including keyword integration, search intent, metadata, headers, internal linking, and alt text. Collaborate with cross-functional partners as needed.
What you will need to succeed:
Skills/background needed: 1–2 years of experience in content writing, editing, content marketing, or a related field (ideally in healthcare, technology, or other technical environments). Demonstrated writing ability and a portfolio of work can be considered alongside professional experience. Strong writing and editorial skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, well-structured content for professional audiences. Hands-on experience using AI tools for content development, including AI-assisted research, drafting, and editing with platforms such as Claude or ChatGPT. Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible content while maintaining accuracy. Ability to work with speed and organization in a high-volume content environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality. Working familiarity with search optimization fundamentals, including keyword research, metadata, headers, and internal linking. Familiarity with content management systems, email platforms, or analytics tools.

• Experience writing for healthcare, clinical, technical, or other professional audiences.
• Experience working in a high-volume content environment with multiple formats and campaigns.

• Familiarity with analytics tools and how content performance informs optimization.
