About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, organised marketing professional to join our growing team. You’ll plan marketing calendars, write compelling outreach emails, manage social media engagement, nurture leads, and test new marketing strategies to help us reach more people.
This is a fully remote position offering a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you’ll develop real marketing skills and see the direct impact of your work.
What You’ll Do
• Plan and organise marketing calendars several months in advance
• Write engaging outreach emails that capture attention and inspire responses
• Manage social media engagement across professional platforms
• Track and nurture leads through the sales funnel
• Test new marketing approaches and measure what works
• Work with team leadership to develop growth strategies
• Use data and analytics to continuously improve results
Skills and Background Needed
• Experience in marketing, growth, or a related field (we welcome people with varied backgrounds)
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive emails
• Familiarity with basic marketing platforms, analytics tools, and Google Sheets
• Comfort working with numbers and data to guide decisions
• Detail-oriented with good organisational skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team
• Enthusiasm for learning in a fast-moving environment
