We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll develop, write, and maintain technical documentation that helps users understand complex systems and processes. Your work will include creating user manuals, system design documents, and implementation guides.
You’ll collaborate with software engineers, system engineers, and other technical staff to gather information and create clear, accurate documentation. This is a great opportunity to build your technical writing skills in a supportive environment with full training provided.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and maintain technical documentation including user manuals, system design documents, test plans, and implementation guides
Ensure all documentation is clear, accurate, and meets established quality standards
Work with technical teams to gather information and understand complex systems
Update documentation as systems change or are improved
Create visual aids such as flowcharts and diagrams to support written documentation
Support the development of training materials to help users learn new systems
Maintain a document library and ensure all materials are organized and accessible
Document meeting notes and maintain records of project progress
Skills/background needed:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Beginner to intermediate experience in technical writing (we provide full training)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with technical teams and ask clarifying questions
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Willingness to learn about IT systems and software development processes
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
