About the role:
You’ll support the accurate entry and filing of customs documentation to help ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations. This is a great entry point into customs and compliance work, with full training provided.
What you’ll do:
• Input and prepare customs entry data and documentation for submission
• Classify import items and communicate with customs authorities
• Manage a high volume of documents with strong attention to detail
• Build working relationships with clients, government agencies, and team members
• Handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, supervisors, and external partners
• Work proactively to resolve compliance issues as they arise
Skills/background needed:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn customs compliance processes and regulations
• Customer-focused approach to problem-solving
• Reliable and adaptable work ethic
