About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Chat Support Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries through chat and other channels with professionalism and care. This is a full-time, entry-level position with comprehensive training provided.
What You’ll Do
• Provide fast, courteous, and accurate support to customers through chat, email, phone, and other channels• Handle customer inquiries including order processing, account maintenance, delivery tracking, and returns• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through professional follow-up• Learn and use company systems and tools as part of your training• Support the team with administrative tasks such as reporting and scheduling• Contribute to process improvements and team training initiatives• Work independently and collaboratively to solve customer problems• Meet quality and service level targets• Help customers with product information and available promotions
Skills/background needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Willingness and ability to learn new systems and processes• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel (or willingness to learn)• Professional and diplomatic approach to customer interactions
Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service, administrative, or sales experience is a plus, but not essential – we provide full training for entry-level candidates.

8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
