We’re looking for a Content Writer to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll create compelling content that helps customers understand our products and get the most value from them. You’ll work on a variety of projects—from product narratives and case studies to thought leadership pieces—that bring our solutions to life and support customer adoption and engagement.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for:
Writing clear, outcome-driven messaging that explains product capabilities to customers at every stage of their journey
Creating high-impact content such as white papers, case studies, and customer stories
Developing thought leadership pieces and enablement materials that support customer success
Working with product, sales, and customer success teams to shape how we communicate our value to customers
Supporting customer communications including product updates and release announcements
Collaborating across teams to deliver a unified customer experience
What We’re Looking For
Skills/background needed:
Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, customer-focused narratives
Experience creating professional content such as white papers, case studies, or thought leadership pieces
Familiarity with B2B marketing and the customer lifecycle
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and strong communication skills
Relevant work experience or a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is valued, but we welcome applications from talented writers with strong portfolios regardless of formal background.
